At advice4u, when we draw the designs of a new building, we follow and apply the principles of bioclimatic architecture.

Our designs include:

• Architectural design of the building’s envelope: location study, views and clearstories orientation, building’s style, functional organization of internal spaces, natural lighting design and shading methods, Trombe walls designing, green rooms etc.
• Electromechanical design of energy efficiency systems installation
• Integration study of renewable energy systems (solar, wind, geothermal) and photovoltaic systems
• Provision of advanced insulating materials and natural building materials during construction.
